Tidak Mudah Pengsan

1. gerakkan jari kaki dalam kasut.

2. pandang kepada warna hijau

3. gunakan hujung lidah jolok ke lelangit untuk rasa geli.

4. berdiri tegak tetapi jangan terlalu keraskan badan. Kendurkan otot-otot.

5. jaga makan. Sarapan mesti diambil sebelum acara tetapi hati-hati dengan apa yang dimakan.

6. tidur cukup. Jangan tidur lewat

7. kurangkan makanan pedas dan makanan berminyak

8. rehatkan minda
